Mzukulu and Gatsheni who are famous stars of MASKANDI have addressed rumors that they’re both fierce opponents. This resulted from the pair’s announcement that they will hold their respective music festivals on October 5th at the same time. The due dates were just revealed by the two. Dates for the two were just revealed. Mzukulu set his due date for March of the current year, while Gatsheni stated that he chose his previous year.
The announcement that Maskandi star Mthandeni Manqele would be appearing at both occasions and that the lineup would probably be similar caught a lot of supporters off guard.
On the 5th of October, Gatsheni will hold his occasion which is the uGatsheni Music Festival at the Ncotshane Sport Field in his hamlet of Pongola, KZN, while Mzukulu will conduct his event, the Mzukulu Reunion Festival, at Ulundi Stadium in Ulundi, Kwazulu. Mzukulu whose real name is Sfanele Zulu, told the news that there was a misunderstanding on the timing of their festivities.
