BIOGRAPHY
Sphamandla Phila Zondo whose stage name is Skweletu is a popular maskandi artist known greatly in the way he sings. He hails from UMzimkhulu located in the South of the city of Durban in South Africa. He is also known as a Rapper, Record Producer, Songwriter, Singer and a content creator. His songs are filled with so much emotion and passion.
CAREER
Skweletu e started dreaming of becoming a great musician since he was young. As a child that loved singing, he joined the church choir and other amazing bands. He always dreamt of becoming a famous musician in life. His career as a music artist began on the 24th of August 2024. He once worked with DJ/Producer Sir B (Bongokuhle Mbhele) who is currently late. He was truly a great support to him before passing on. Since the day he started producing, he published mind blowing songs and has a lot of views and streams. His songs are being posted on social media platforms with a lot of views and comments on it.
Skweletu has released about 50 songs online and is still releasing more songs. His songs and albums are also sold at digital stores and also downloaded online. In the year 2013 he merged with Sir B to release an album with is titled First attempt. In the year 2014, he also released a hit song tilted Nortoyah. He continued to release mind blowing songs over the year. In the year 2015, he released a hit mix tape which is titled ME TIME. He released other amazing songs like Trap Name Tony, an album ‘HEARTBRK and others. During his career, he was featured by some local radio station which includes BongumusaDhlamini and Radio DUT. He has a lot of streamers online and Fan base too. He has made name in the maskandi music industry and is loved.
