Khuzani movement to Umhlobo Wenene after being ignored by Ukhozi

Khuzani is known as one of the amazing maskandi artist. He is also known for winning so many awards as a maskandi artist. In some views, he is also seen as the king of maskandi music. Recently, he was nominated as one of the Top Ten songs of the year by UmhloboWenene FM but was ignored by Ukhozi FM.

Khuzani was already anticipating to be nominated by Ukhozi FM but was later disappointed as they didn’t include his song as the top 10 songs which was announced on Monday. This still got him excited. He was left out from Ukhozi FM recent announcement.

Although this year, his song Umjolo Lowo won the Ukhozi FM award earlier this year. His song was listed as the best on Ukhozi FM earlier this year. Umjolo have prepared to put on a show on the new year eve with his award winning song Umjolo Lowo.

During the Gumba Festival at the Umhlathuze Sports Complex in Richard’s Bay, northern  KwaZulu-Natal south africa, Khuzani performed at the event and even encouraged the audience to to tag along but they partially ignored him. It was actually a crossover party which is celebrated every year. He felt kind of embarrassed during the process of encouraging them to sing along. The crossover event meant to be a great and amazing event for him but came out as opposite.

Khuzani continued to receive annoying comment and reaction which the reason still remains a question of so many. Some people reasoned that it might be act of jealously or malice. Most people also regarded Paris by Mthandeni“Igcokama Elisha” Manqele or Thukzin’s iPlan”. The songs were given a lot of audience

Many votes were casted in as the winner was based on the amount of votes by artists fans. The votes were through Ukhozi FM. These comprises of three competitors which includes Khuzani ,Mthandeni and Thukzin. They got the total of 993 667 votes, 746 338 votes and 90 422 votes respectively. The price was so competitive among the peers. Khuzani getting more votes wasn’t an easy one but he made it through.

The winner Khuzani was further celebrated by fans on social media platforms. He also celebrated his victory as his song Imbongolo was further nominated. He featured Sphesihle Dludla in the amazing hit song.

Khuzani continues to make maskandi proud as well as the music industry. He looks forward to more wins and more future plans albums to release.
