Jumbo Lwando Nyangiwe a.k.a Jumbo (which he popularly known) is a south africa music artist and has made name in the industry. He has won so many awards such as the 12th SABC GOSPEL MUSIC AWARD with his song titled Engipha.He is an is an award-winning South African Gospel music artist and makes south africa proud. His songs sends godly messages to fans and listeners as they flow in spirit while listening. He has merged with amazing gospel artists in production of soulful songs. He is also seen on TV shows as he talks about his music and career journey.

Jumbo Nyangiwe a.k.a Jumbo was born in a small village/community called KwaJames in Umzimkhulu, Harry Gwala area of KwaZulu-Natal division of South Africa. He was raised in the rural area and was loved my many. He is known for singing in church as a member of choir. He was born on the 10th of June, 1980. He is currently 44 years of age in the current year 2024.

Jumbo Nyangiwe a.k.a Jumbo grew up in a God fearing home as he sets good example for his family both inside and outside the home. Allegedly, he doesn’t have any information about his education background. He has a lot of talent and career with ambition.

JUMBO LWANDO’s CAREER

Jumbo was raised in a Godly way by his parents. He sang in church and delivers soulful songs too. He grow up with passion for music and also trained his voice to it. He is motivated and inspired by gospel artists. As he grows with his career, he is also an inspiration and motivation to upcoming gospel artists.

His first album was released in the year 2005 which he titled Uthembekilewhich went viral and was popularly streamed. This hit was one of the top gospel song. It was large streamed by fans. This album took him years to project which it became a great success.

During the phase of his career, he has gotten many awards and also been nominated for awards and has equally won some awards. His merging with great and famous maskandi artists has been a success to him. They merge to produce traditional Zulu songs. He dropped his new album which is titled Siyabongacomprising of 5 tracks which he also featured some artists in them. This album was released on the 29th of may, 2023.
