After surviving a mob attack, Maskandi star faces the consequences
Bobo who is a maskandi musical artist was recently attacked by mobs. He eventually survived the incident that almost cost him his life. Despite surviving the incident, he is currently under investigation for attempted kidnapping and attempting to kill. The artist, who is lives in Johannesburg but hails from Nquthu, KZN, is presently in the hospital under police custody.
Mfana Wepiki went to his rental home in Kagiso on Sunday 13th of October according to information closer to him, to get the rent money from his occupants who were believed to be due in their payments.
According to some sources, he however, didn’t make the payment, grew upset and escorted an infant aged two to his vehicle. However, citizens attacked him after the tenants cried out for assistance. The hit maker from Cishe Ngafa reportedly fired guns, but outraged locals unarmed him and attacked him again until law enforcement arrived to save him. The police filed a case of attempted abduction and murder attempts, according to Lieutenant-Colonel Mavela Masondo which is the spokeswoman for the Gauteng police. While a maskandi musician reportedly seized the child of the individual who he sought rental money from and started shouting on residents in Swaneville, Kagiso. on Sunday, law enforcement have opened a case for attempted kidnapping and murder attempt.
According to reports, the person of interest broke into the complainant’s cabin and demanded payment for the rent. He said, “The suspect allegedly put the victim’s two-year-old child in his car after he was unable to get the funds.” Masondo claimed that when the complaint warned the community, the individual in question opened fire on them, but the community neutralized him and attacked him. Since the man in question was hurt, the cops retrieved him and took him to the closest hospital. He will face charges of trying to kidnap someone and murder attempt while being guarded by police, he stated.
